DIY streetlights to light the areas around a few buildings. I used second-use 2 3/8" well pipe and 2 7/8" well pipe for these light posts. Its available by me (CA) for between $2 and $3 per foot. I have heard that closer to the oil fields it drops below $1 per foot. Its a great material to use for this purpose when coupled with the "UFO" style lights on amazon. I've run these posts as high as 22' above grade with great results.
