Unity Gym's video: Get A Full Body Stretch With One Exercise

In this video, I'm sharing a fantastic exercise to increase flexibility in your hips, upper back, and shoulders, making it easier to perform movements such as overhead squats and handstands. ********🤸 check out my 3 part video series for a huge flexibility breakthrough https://trial.unitygym.com/flexibility This technique will not only accelerate your progress but also help to avoid any discomfort or pain. To start, get into a comfortable position with your feet positioned in a way that allows you to squat as deeply as possible. If you can't go all the way down, consider placing something under your heels for added support. Ensure that your toes are slightly turned out. As you descend into the squat, force your knees out. Concurrently, raise your arms into extreme shoulder flexion, keeping your elbows straight. Externally rotate the arm as much as possible, pulling back into shoulder flexion. Maintain a 3/2 eccentric movement as you squat down as deep as possible, holding this position for two seconds. Follow this by a 3/2 concentric movement before repeating the process. Remember to execute ten repetitions, always mindful of the tempo and continually pulling your arms back into extreme shoulder flexion with external rotation. I recommend doing this routine three times a week for three sets.
