Rev B J spoke about the faculty of imagination and what imagery is and how it can be used to overcome outer physical, mental and emotional limitations. Rev. B. J. by using the example of Sargent Bryan Anderson, who at 26 had two tours in the Iraqi war. He lost both legs and his left hand from a IED bomb which which tour through the metal of the Humvee, cut off his legs and his hand which was down at in time but spared his right hand because that arm was up while smoking a cigarette. Anderson's book "No Turning Back" was very inspirational about how he not only lived but strives through the use of imagination and affirmations can use our imagination, the scissors of the mind, to cut life patterns for ourselves which will lead us to experiences of greater health, wealth and happiness. The imagination works with our faculty of faith to literally cut out patterns we use every day to create our life experiences. Unity Co-founder Charles Fillmore taught that the imagination is what we use to give shape and form to our thoughts so basically if we can imagine it, we can experience it.
