Hitchcock è un film del 2012 diretto da Sacha Gervasi, basato sul saggio di Stephen Rebello Come Hitchcock ha realizzato Psycho (Alfred Hitchcock and the Making of Psycho). Hitchcock è un film biografico incentrato sul rapporto tra il regista Alfred Hitchcock e sua moglie Alma Reville durante la lavorazione del film Psyco (Psycho), partendo dalla storia dell'assassino Ed Gein, che ha ispirato il personaggio di Norman Bates, fino alla distribuzione della pellicola nelle sale cinematografiche nel 1960. Il film è stato distribuito limitatamente il 23 novembre 2012, per poter permettere al film di concorrere agli Oscar 2013. L'anteprima mondiale del film è avvenuta il 1º novembre come film di apertura dell'AFI Fest 2012. Il primo trailer è stato diffuso il 10 ottobre 2012. L'uscita italiana del film è fissata per il 21 febbraio 2013.
