我來自古晋，做了那麼就久的影片，終於有機會帶大家來到屬於我的家鄉走走看看吃吃。這次的旅程雖然天氣不作美，下了好幾場雨，冷冷的天氣最適合吃熱熱的有點湯或汁的美食，對了，今天就介紹這古晋的茄汁麺給大家，茄汁麺也被本地土著語稱為鐵絲麺(Mee Dawai) ，原因是因為在煮這麺時，廚師會把這麺拿去炸至酥脆，再淋上濃濃的茄汁和餡料，它的口感在這盤麺上就像在海裡撈到鐵絲一樣。吃起來酥脆但又很開胃，這是我推薦到古晋一定要試試看的美食之一喔！ I'm from Kuching, and I have been making a film for so long, and finally I have the opportunity to take everyone to my hometown for a walk around and eat.
