Sonoma County Sheriff, body cam video shows deputy Charlie Blount, and Jason Little trying to get Glen Ward, 52, of Petaluma out of his green Honda. They thought he stole it, turns out it was his vehicle. Mr. Ward died on the morning of Nov, 27, 2019. His head was slammed into his vehicle, was tased multiple times, and put into a neck hold.
