An officer in Georgia used stun gun on an 87 year old woman, said she speak little English. She was cutting dandelions with a kitchen knife. How much of a paranoid wimp do these cops have to be to taser an 87 year old woman? Did the cops really think she was a threat. Even though she could barely walk, and probably struggled to hold a knife in her little gnarled, arthritic hand?
