Homestead, Fl officer: Lester Brown is charges, and fired by police chief Alexander rolle Jr. Officer Lester Brown, surrender to authorities 8/7/19,Wed. After being accused of slamming a handcuffed inmate: Jose Garia Alvarado, head first into a concrete wall to the floor, causing him to bleed from the head. At a police substation/booking room of the facility. The inmate was then taken to a hospital where surgical glue was used to close the gash, on his head. This incident happened last year 12/2018. In 2016 a similar incident, and I'm sure this not the second time he has attacked inmates. Why didn't the other four officers speak up about, or correct him. Why they wonder why the general public doesn't trust the police. I hope that man is alright, and gets his do justice.
