Carmen's video: NYPD Judge Recommends Firing Officer Involved In Death Of Eric Garner

NYPD Officer Daniel Pantaleo is accused of using a chokehold in July 2014 death of Eric Garner, he was a 43 years old father of six children. The judge called Daniel Pantaleo's action, and 7-second chokehold reckless; The police union warned the court decision should give every officers pause. The police union president failed to mention, Eric Garner was killed for selling $1.00 loose cigarette... not robbery, murder, gun fire.. No but for selling loose CIGARETTE!!! Officer Pantaleo, should of release his hold, when Eric Garner said "I CAN'T BREATH". The officer are not allowed to use the chokehold technique to subdue a subject. Even if he did use it to take him down, he should had stopped the second Garner hit the floor, could had saved his life.....
