Carmen's video: Tense Confrontation Between Phoenix Police A Young Family

In Arizona parents and their two young daughters were held at gunpoint. After one of the children took a doll from a Dollar store. Phoenix police officers are accused of using excessive force and threatening to shoot a man, and his fiancee. In an encounter caught on video. Family plans to file lawsuit against Phoenix PD over claims of police brutality, and civil rights violations. This is incredibly upsetting, and concerning - considering the officers were putting a child life in danger. Over what would amount to nothing more than petty theft (assuming if the parents were behind it which it turns out they weren't) But that's precisely what makes it somewhat hilarious in a way. It's like watching Reno 911, but with real guns. It's an over the top, overreaction by overzealous cops. Who are acting like they've just tracked down the number one criminal on the America's Most Wanted. Shame on you Mesa PD, this is not how you defuse a situation!
