I can see why he's is so mad, they stopped him for his seatbelt. They had no reason to ask him to get out, and no reason to search. They pounced on his 4th amendment like it didn't exit. Another wonderful example of the police officers stomping all over the constitution, and individual people's rights. So much for the 4th amendment, so much for the female officer, being unaware of the word "NO". Every officers involved should either be formally discipline or fired. The behavior of the officers is disgusting, and severely undermines my trust in them. Only when these instances are recorded, published, and acted upon by the courts will this stop.
