Carmen's video: Felony Charge Former Houston Officers Charged For Deaths In Harding Street Raid

Two former Houston police officers have been charged in connection to the deadly Harding Street Raid. The Harris County District attorney's office announced on Friday 8/23/19. Gerald Goines has been charged with two counts of felony murder. Steven Bryant is charged with second degree tampering with a government document. This was a home invasion two people, Dennis Tuttle, and Rhogena Nicholas were shot and killed, murdered, and their dog was brutally executed. In their home during the botched drug raid on January 26. There were others involved including the officers that let the Turtles bleed out and die. There is no excuse for what happened.
