Gluten Free Vegan Chocolate and Pecan Brownies by Usman Salman Food Joint. Here is our brownies recipe which is both vegan and gluten free, chocolate brownies is a popular recipe in our household as we bake these and serve in birthdays or to the office as a treat. When making brownies, always use the best dark chocolate available that is at least 70% cocoa or go as high as 85%. With vegan recipes becoming popular with time, the ease of baking vegan treats comes with it too. During lockdown when eggs became scarce momentarily, one us tried to make cakes without eggs to see how it will turn out, the results was no different and shows you can make very good baked goods and still be vegan. We went a step further and tried using ground almonds to make it gluten free to see how easy it is to remove plain flour from a recipe. Here is our take on vegan and gluten free brownies, our brownie recipe is both vegan and gluten free using organic coconut oil and ground almonds.
