Behind every successful placement, there's a story of hard work, perseverance, and determination. In this special interview series HYP Ep 05, Uthaan brings to you the inspiring stories of our college students who have successfully landed their dream jobs. We had the privilege of talking to Shweta Chaurasia and Tushar Guha Neogi, the brightest minds from our college, who shared their experiences, challenges, and strategies that helped them crack their placements. From tackling interview nerves to building a strong skill set, they opened up about their journey to success. For the unversed, Shweta Chaurasia has been a former SWE intern at companies like Mercari US @ Tokyo, Amazon, and InterviewBit and also a Technical content Writer at Scaler. She holds the merit of being a PhonePe TechScholar'22 as well as an MLH Fellow'21. Accompanying her, Tushar Guha Neogi is a GSoC'21 Open-source developer and has been associated as a former SDE intern with Mercari US, D.E. Shaw, Amazon, Shipsy, and Pratilipi. His achievements also include being an MLH Fellow'21 and a 4-star Coder at CodeChef.
