In today’s video, I'm going to show you my favorite superset for bigger legs! It is two exercises where one puts the focus on your hamstrings & glutes then follows up with hitting the quads & glutes. We start off with a Romanian Deadlift for 4 sets of 12 reps. We come right back with a Bulgarian Split Squat. We are going for 4 sets of 12 reps here again and you can use dumbbells or bodyweight with this movement.
