VR365's video: WARNING: Your Valve Index could Self-Destruct in ONE YEAR - Valve won t repair ANYTHING - Ep374

This is a special public service announcement about the Valve Index. You better hope you don't have any problem with your Index in the 13th or 14th month (or after that), because you're screwed. I have a broken left thumbstick on my Valve Index controller, and they refuse to repair the controller, (even for a fee!). Imagine owning your Valve Index for 13 months and then your puppy chews the HMD cord or something. Valve won't repair it! You can have a broken A button on your right controller, and Valve won't repair it! Instead, they'll recommend you buy a pair of new controllers for $280 plus tax and shipping. Talk about wonderful customer service and support right? Way to stand behind your products for their lifespan. (Apparently lifespan = one year in Valve Land) Welcome to VR365.
