VTX's video: Pioneer PD-204 disc reading problem

@Pioneer PD-204 disc reading problem

-Found out the problem: PSU unit is wrong (or maybe a capacitor related to it). The weirdest thing is, that sometimes it plays the discs perfect, without any problem. But most of the time, it won't start - like on this video. What's the problem here and how can I fix it?
