Winter Weather Coming to Wyoming's Big Sandy Recreations Area so we head south for warmer weather for a layover at the Flying J Truck Stop outside of Rawlins Wyoming. East side straight pass sign is the cliff side west side is the boat launch area. Last Spring I spent two weeks with amazing views of the Rockies and wildlife Bald Eag6, Red Tail Hawks, Prairie Dogs, Chipmunks and Wild Horses. Clean vault toilets and picnic tables. Does get Gusty wind every afternoon but over all loved it.
