Carmina Marlena Isabella Budworth is a Manchester based singer, poet and visual artist performing under the moniker of to.do.list. Born into a musical family and raised in an idyllic countryside, Carmina spent her youth touring the vibrant folk music scene alongside her parents. She started playing as a solo artist at the tender age of 15, receiving praise for her mature, emotive and soothing shows. Inspired by Shannon Saunders and Daughter, Carmina's songs explore her relationship with her mental health, euphoric quests for friendship and the highs and lows that encompass getting well acquainted with oneself. Carmina appeared at numerous festivals including Beverley Folk Festival, Filey Folk Festival, Cottingham Springboard and Headland Festival among others. She also played stages at Hope Baptist Church (Hebden Bridge), Jimmy's and The Castle Hotel (Manchester) and The New Adelphi (Hull) which she considers her home ground. Unable to perform live due to corona virus, Carmina started streaming her music online to universal acclaim. So far, her weekly shows have drawn thousands of visitors. She is also working on new material that will be released in the coming months. With handcrafted lyrics, serene passion and mellow guitar, to.do.list is a mesmerizing and haunting project ready to cast her spell in 2021.
