TRUTH: I am feeling a little off today. Why am I telling you this? Because we all have bad days. You are not alone! On my bad days I usually go quiet, but... I am committed to showing up and being real and vulnerable, for that ONE person who needs to hear it. So what did I do when I noticed I was feeling off? Immediately examined my thoughts! And sure enough... I was comparing myself, putting myself down and was full of doubt. Off days are normal! We are human! But... how long do you want to live there? I teach self development and still have off days when my old patterns come creeping back. But now, my off days serve as a reminder to continue to focus on my thoughts and are evidence of how far I have come. Lesson from this little share: Pay attention to how you feel, listen to your thoughts and know you have the power to change them! You are not alone!
