🌟 BEST EATS IN BRISSIE 🍽️ We have been to Brisbane for one day ONLY to try the top recommended vegan eats in town! *it’s a hard job but someone has to do it you know* 😁😁 Here’s our personal rating: 🍄 Big Wow on toast 10/10 - Pancha Café This is hands down perfection for mushrooms lover like us! The crispy paprika enokis on top are just addictive as much as the caramelised onions underneath! 🥯 Schreuben bagel 10/10 - Unbearable Bagels One of the vegan options at this place and one of the highlights of the day! We were tempted to order more and more! It just melts in your mouth so perfectly! 🧆 Mushroom Chirizo Croquetas 9/10 - NAÏM They certainly can be described as comfort food at its finest. You could just keep going , one after the other. Special mention to their creaminess given by the bechamel. 🫓 Kawarma Flatbread 6/10 - NAÏM Loved the softness of the bread and the idea using Fable Food Co. But unfortunately we were not huge fans of the spice used for the marinade. 🍦Churro Sundae 7/10 - GrassfedVegan Soft serve with freshly prepared churros and a very addictive caramel sauce on top. Hard to share! 🍔 Surf ‘n Turf Burger 8.5/10 - GrassfedVegan It’s huge, it’s messy, it’s mouthwatering! A unique combination of plant based prawns & meat that we definitely liked! 🌽 Garlic Parmesan grilled Corn 8/10 - Miso Corny Food like this easily shows how simple things can most of the times be the most delicious ones! Approved! 🫔 Duck Pancakes 11/10 - Mr Hong Modern Asian Restaurant The absolute definition of happiness! If I (Sarah) had to choose my last meal before execution or a food to eat every day for the rest of my life, this would be it! 🍋 Lemon Chicken 9/10 - Mr Hong Modern Asian Restaurant The most unexpected and unique flavour! Literally melts in your mouth and it’s pretty addictive. Would certainly surprise any meat eater too! 🥟 Wild Mushroom Dom Sim 8.5/10 - Mr Hong Modern Asian Restaurant So much stuffing, so much yumminess!
