Vegan Travel Diaries's video: BEST RESTAURANT ON THE SUNSHINE COAST

🌟 While in Noosa we treated ourselves with a dinner at Herbert located in Noosa Heads The menu is mainly vegan and the atmosphere is truly nice . We loved the restaurant design and the staff was really AMAZING, making us feel spoiled and well looked after. 🍸 We started with a Lychee Lemon Myrtle cocktail which was just perfect : the creaminess of the aquafaba made it even extra special and refreshing. Dishes we have tried: 🌽 Smoked Sweetcorn Herbert dip served with rice crackers 🌶️ Mapo Tofu , served with an unbelievable black sesame ice cream to balance the flavours 🍄 Crispy Oyster Mushrooms with Coconut riata, Kimchi, Carrot emulsion and Coriander oil 🥕 Charred Roast Carrot in Harissa, Rye & Pistacchio granola on a Garlic emulsion (this dish really changes forever the way you’ll look at carrots) 🥬 Charred Cabbage with Miso Caramel, Furikake and Hazelnuts 🧁 Lemon Myrtle & Cashew cremeux, with Yuzu gel, Davidson Plum & Meringue (have to spend a few words for this epic work of art cos it was just the most mind blowing thing ever had!) 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 HONEST REVIEW : It’s been a unique and deeply amazing experience . Finding something different with such a good combination of flavours in the vegan cuisine is very rare and Herbert has ticked all the boxes for us. The food was out of this world and the staff and atmosphere were great. Certainly a place we would highly recommend and we can’t wait to visit again in the future. ❤️ Thank you so much Herbert for providing unforgettable flavour and happiness to our palate.
