Na tromeđi Mrkonjić Grada, Jezera i Jajca, iznad jezera Đol na jugozapadu i Plivskog jezera na sjeveroistoku, nalazi se planina Otomalj. Zbog svoje pristupačnosti, Otomalj je atraktivan za planinare i ljubitelje prirode tokom čitave godine. Sa vrha Otomalja (1054 m.n.v.) prostire se pogled na jezero Đol, rijeku Plivu i Plivsko jezero. Planinarska staza nije tehnički zahtjevna, te omogućava kako planinarima, tako i biciklistima da uživaju u bogatoj flori kojom Otomalj obiluje, ali i u jedinstvenom pogledu sa vrha planine.
