For beating the first Toal encounter you get a slightly different cutscene where Toal reveals his demonic form earlier than normal after Hugo tries talking smack. Though I leveled up a bit for more damage, the battle is essentially spacing him out with Force Shield and capitalizing on his cooldown times. Unfortunately Yunica doesn't get anything different for beating Kishgal here, though on the flip side she only has to take out half of his health.
