Versatile Mitul's video: Raw mango chutney Gudamba Recipe Kacchi keri chutney

Hi Friends! In this video I have shared the recipe of raw mango/kachi keri chutney recipe which is easy to prepare and a very good side dish. The ingredients and method of this khatti meethi chutney is listed below: INGREDIENTS: Raw mango - 1 kg Jaggery - 1 kg Refined oil - 2 tablespoons Indian 5 spices blend(Panch Phoron) - 1 tablespoon Red chillies - 2 Bay leaves/ tej patta - 2 METHOD: Add 2 tablespoon of refined oil to a pan, to that add 1 tablespoon of panch phoron, 2 red chillies and 2 bay leaves. Allow it to crackle and then add the raw mango to this. Stir fry the raw mangoes till it starts to release its color. Once the mango starts turning transparent add the jaggery to this and leave it to simmer on a low flame. Allow it to cook until the mangoes turns red/brown in color and turn off the flame. Once the chutney is cooled down, move it in a glass jar and enjoy with your breakfast, lunch or dinner.
