The Waterfalls of Dimosari are located in the gorge of Dimosari , forming one of the most impressive natural landscapes of the Lefkada island (Greece). Just 3,5 kilometers west of Nidri town, a wonder of nature has formed over the years. In the hottest and driest summer months, especially in August the volume of stream significantly decreases but many tourists come to get a swim in the cold water. Even on the hottest day, temperatures here rarely climb above what is considered as cool. Dimosari waterfall is 12 meters high, surrounded by large rocks and cliffs. The gorge of Dimosari has an exceptional natural beauty with wonderful sceneries, natural pools and a waterfall. It is the great place to be in touch with nature.
