Krock was a gent to chat with before going on, so I featured him and his kit prominently. Angel doesn't respond to emails so my usual music credits are still waiting. Self-identified as "Dark Electro / Industrial Metal" with creative theatrical attire, he brings a mix of the modern-to-classic rock spectrum. Compelling horror themes drive the program; with 5 appealing titles released on the popular Bandcamp platform, they look to be doing pretty good moving forward, post-plannedemic. Those ancient, legacy Sunset Strip clubs full of unhappy crappy people like at the Roxy, Whiskey or Troubadour who don't even know why they go anymore, are seldom seen in this place. This crowd is WAY more mellow, suburban 20's-30's with a great mood overall. Great place. Those KLUBTERMINAL soundguys were running an amazingly compact, well-monitored and functioning PA and lightshow subgroup. The bartenders AWESOME. The door guy was COOL AND FRIENDLY. How many clubs in Hollywood can be said of that? The restrooms SPOTLESS. And a couple pool tables for when the next band won't float your boat. The more I'm loving STARDUST the more I dismiss Fossilwood as a place to enjoy. No parking issues! Already 50 or 60 people were present when I got there early, FREE well-lit off-street lot parking. $10 cover charge, free before 10pm, .
