Why is Phoenix Real Estate not crashing yet in 2020? Well, the phoenix real estate market for August 2020 shows no signs of slow down at all my friends. If you are considering moving to Arizona in 2020 buying a Arizona home will be tough. Arizona home prices keep increasing and are showing no signs of a slow down at all. Real estate in Arizona is now getting pretty expensive and will Phoenix AZ real estate become the next California? Some reports are saying Phoenix real estate will be close to CA home prices roughly 6-10 years from now. This is pretty hard to see as Arizona has no ocean views BUT you never know about this Phoenix housing market as real estate continues to climb higher and higher. Phoenix Real Estate Video Topics I Cover: Homebuyers: -HOI increased to 64.8% in Phoenix and this means -If you make $72,300.00 per year in Phoenix Arizona you can afford 64.8% of homes that sold in Q2 of 2020. -The US HOI is 59.6% -The normal range is between 60-75% here in Arizona -In 2005-2006 the HOI fell from 60.1% to 26.6% here in Phoenix Real Estate -If the Phoenix Housing market falls below 60% we will see a drop in demand. -Right now Phoenix is in normal range and we are also experiencing 20% demand above normal this time of year. Home Sellers: -Summer is usually slow for Phoenix Real Estate, Not in 2020! -3.9 Billion sold in July 2020. -2005 was at 2.9 B. -33% of homes sold were over asking price -15% only gave closing cost help. -Sellers are receiving over 5, 10, 20, 30 offers on homes today.
