This was an extremely hard video to be able to sit down and film, and although we really wanted to share the news with your earlier, it never felt right until now. Our hearts and love go out to everyone who has, who currently is, and who will experience a miscarriage. The first few months of pregnancy is already such an isolating experience that going through a miscarriage without the support of your loved ones can be an extremely scary experience. Please remember to always take care of yourself first, share your story when you want to and when you are ready, and that you are not any less worthy of parenthood because of a miscarriage. Your pain and heartbreak is validated, and remember that you are not alone. We hope that by sharing our story it will help someone, and to move the needle on destigmatizing miscarriages. It's important that we talk more about miscarriages as it is a lot more common than we think, and it shouldn't be a taboo subject to discuss. If you need someone to talk to, I am always here for you.
