The cool parking garage chase scene (and end of the movie - so major spoiler here) from the 1978 thriller about a group of mental patients who terrorize an apartment complex during a blackout in NY. The movie is sleazy, in a tame kinda way and misses the boat on several fronts, but the ending car chase is pretty darn cool. Stars Jim Mitchum, Robert Carradine and Ray Milland in a bit part. Directed by French sleaze-merchant Eddy Matalon.
