Villenege's video: THE KING Honour

Chapters of Film Chapters of Film is a series I will be working on that involves tribute edits for films that I particularly enjoy and resonate with. The first of which is David Michod's Shakespearan period piece, 'The King.' Timothee Chalamet's performance as King Henry IV is exceptional and he is accompanied with a great supporting cast that have equally rewarding characters and arcs. The movie narrates heavily on themes such as loyalty, virtue and laudability - all of which are executed sublimely. The next chapter of this series will be JOKER. This series is a change to what my channel normally consists of, in trailer edits. I find that storytelling is limited with the format of a trailer however, and 3-5 minute videos that are not reliant on expeditious editing can incorporate more meaningful dialogue and a better depiction of a film.
