Vintage Fans & More's video: Silkon Ceiling Fan 1080p HD Remake

Silkon 52" ceiling fan in polished brass. Been quite a long while since this one last appeared, it's actually always needed a little cleaning, which is why I've never done a new video before. Finally forced myself to get it done since it's one of the few I still have that hasn't had a new video at all. You can actually see on camera that it's not in prime physical condition. Lots of finish issues, and it seems that the lacquer or clear coat on the switch housing has completely dissolved, leaving it cloudy and faded. It's definitely unique and uncommon, so none of that matters as much. Runs pretty good overall, good airflow. Since I'd never cleaned this one before, I'd never opened the housing or really looked closely. Someone has probably mentioned at some point or another, but I didn't remember these used essentially the same motors as the spinner no-housing versions. It's even got the holes tapped for top-mount arms. Just makes it even more interesting, I've always liked companies that got innovative like that to create different styles and designs with the same base components.
