Violet Deliriums's video: Ween - Piss up a Rope guitar cover

This is my cover of Ween's song "Piss Up a Rope" from their album "12 Golden Country Greats" (1996), which has ten songs on it. No, this is not supposed to be a country song. It is a satirical parody of a country song with all the clichés: the twang voice, the steel guitar, the tremolo, the backward-ass redneck lyrics, and so on. But they are all sort of overdone, off kilter and blown out of proportion, aren't they? And what about that high-pitched back up singing and the ultra-high guitar solo? Those things tell you: this is NOT country, it's just making fun of it and the lyrics mock the traditional American man: the redneck sexist asshole. You know, often the kind of person that routinely listens to country. Of course, he probably won't get it and say (in Bob's voice, the owner of Bob's Country Bunker), "That's the best goddamn music we've had here in a long time." I played it on my deep-space black Fender Standard Stratocaster HSS tuned in drop-D with the bridge pickup selected and the S-1 switch down so that the humbucker becomes a single coil. I ran it through my Fender Supersonic 22W amp's "Vintage" (clean) channel and shaped the sound with a Keeley Compressor (all four knobs at 12 o'clock), a Boss TR-2 tremolo, and a TC Electronic Flashback delay ("Lofi" patch). To get the high guitar solo, I used a Digitech XP-100 Whammy Wah pedal (patch , two octaves up, pedal in down position). To record it, I played along with the mp3 with my computer speakers and amp huddled around a Samson CO1U microphone into my Mac's Photo Booth program, which reverses the image and I don't know how to fix it.
