Ernesto Fonseca Carrillo "Don Neto", nació en Badiraguato, Sinaloa, el 1 de agosto de 1930, es tío de los narcotraficantes Amado Carrillo Fuentes "El Señor de los Cielos" y Vicente Carrillo Fuentes "El Viceroy".
