•1/2 tsp Turmeric
•1/2 tbsp Salt
•1/2 tbsp Chili Powder
•2 pinches Fenugreek
•1/2 tsp Mustard
•1/2 tsp Cumin
•1 tbsp Coriander
•80ml Oil
•1/2 tsp Mustard
•1 cup Onion choppings(use small whole Onions if available)
•3 Green Chili slits
•2 sprigs Curry Leaves
•1.1/2 tbsp Salt
•3 tbsp Chili powder
•2 Ripe Tomatoes paste
•1/2 litre thin Tamarind juice (extracted from 45 gms Tamarind)
•1/2 cup Sour Mango Cubes
•Sprinkle 1/2 portion ground Masala podi
