Vito’s Sautéed Veggie Pie Bake 4 eggs ½ cup milk 1/3 cup sour cream 1cup cheddar cheese and mix together sautéed 1cup chopped broccoli 1cup chopped onion ½ cup sliced mushrooms add a little butter & olive oil cook until soft then add the veggies to the egg mixture and stir in any 9” pie crust pan pour all your ingredients then sprinkle a little extra cheese on top and bake at 375 for approx.. 45 minutes Enjoy, it’s delicious!
