As easy as it is to buy pre blended tea tags, the process of making your own tea can be simple and harmless, plus the flavors are delicious! Hypothetically, this takes about 6 minutes including prep undistracted. I have made other various versions of this tea using the same principle of using the same steps but substituting turmeric for cinnamon or honey for agave. I hope you all enjoy and try this out! INGEDIENTS: Ginger, chopped into pieces 1/4 TSP of turmeric Lemon juice not from concentrate or fresh, your preference of amount Water, the ratio is 1 cup per 1 piece of ginger Honey or agave, or any sweeter of choice, if desired Can swap turmeric for cinnamon Until then, sending you my love.
