Hello beautiful people, I am ”restarting” my weight loss journey. I feel stagnant and I want to get out of the plateau I am in. I used to look at 35 pounds lost as a personal failure. My progress photos show me that it is only the beginning of me to become my true self. I was in my prime when 2020 started. Since March over time, I have lost sight of my goals, my hobbies, and my nutrition only working on my activeness. But weight loss is more than just how much you move. Here’s to even more change and growth! I am starting the 75Hard to get me back mentally to where I was at the beginning of this year to reach the body I want and my fitness/health goals.
