Chaitanya Pimputkar's video: She built BICEPS in just two months Fun at Kasarsai Dam

The Kasarsai lake and dam is a beautiful place to spend few hours during the afternoon and evening. We had taken the road from Pune Hinjewadi Marunji and then left towards Kasarsai lake. Upto that point the road is good but for about 2-3 kms before the lake and dam the approach road is pretty narrow, rough and quite uncomfortable for driving. Also the terrible part is the road gets jammed with all the vehicles during the evening as and when they start returning. Otherwise good location to stop over and witness a beautiful sunset at the backdrop of the lake. Though small shops are there but considering Covid-19 precautions better to carry snacks and water of your own. Weekends and evening time is quite crowdy so you may need to adjust your scheudle.
