Buttery Cheese Egg Pulav😋 and dayyyumm sooo many eggs!! The famous egg pulav from the very famous Mohd Nasir Pav Bhaji & Bhurji Centre on Juhu Lane (Andheri)... the dude pops open at least 20 eggs on a blob of butter and lets it cook for a bit🍳 Pulav (the rice) is added to the mix after which some cheese and fresh veggies including tomatoes, capsicum and onions🍅🧅 are added. A generous blob of butter is plopped into the mix and then the dish is cooked for a bit more. Btw this place is quite famous for it's egg dishes, especially this pulav and scrambled eggs😀
