Vuelogs's video: KLM Economy Comfort Review: Fantastic Crew

Back in September of 2020 — on my birthday nonetheless — I got the chance to fly with KLM for the first time since the pandemic hit, a quick hop from Amsterdam to Budapest in Economy Comfort. To my surprise, other than several safety measures, KLM had done an extremely good job at getting things back to a normal level of service. The lounge was open, but without buffet and with served sandwiches instead. There are less flights operated, but the service level in economy is near identical to that pre-covid. In any case, a job well done.
