For a long time I had wanted to fly Aeromexico, so when my parents went to Mexico for holidays, it was a great opportunity for me to met them there. All together we flew to New York City and that gave me the chance to review Aeromexico's Clase Premier on the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner. The hard product, the Super Diamond seat in reverse herringbone configuration, is amongst my favourite business class seats in the skies, but what is their soft product like on a medium haul 4 hour flight like this?
