(Who knew pie could be so complex?) Join us for this conversation and demonstration with Elle Simone from America's Test Kitchen and the The ARTery's Andrea Shea. They'll be discussing the history of pie and what goes into making a good one. The best part? Simone is teaching us how to make a slab pie!
