WTA's video: The North Western Railway Series - A Pal for Diesel 7

First video of 2017! And it concludes the Diesel arc. Here is my version of introducing Philip, and I don't want him to be annoying like he was in S19, so that's why he's not all energetic or hotheaded. In my series, Philip can be described as eager. Too eager. He also is easily hurt by the small things, like an insult. I can honestly relate to Philip here. I get worked up over the smallest things. Plus I also got the rolling stock terms confused. Brakevan, caboose, flatcars, flatbeds, etc, etc. I think it's safe to say that Diesel has reformed. Like in the standalone story Thomas and the Evil Diesel; gone, but always welcome to visit. As always, Thomas & Friends is property of HiT Entertainment. I don't own anything.
