Wander With Kiki's video: Bad Review For A 4-star Hotel in Melaka Please Read Description

Hi guys! In this video, I'm sharing about my 2-night experience at Novotel Melaka, Malaysia. I have heard from friends that Novotel is pretty decent and good but our experience here was DISAPPOINTING! Whatever I've mentioned in this video are my personal experiences and comments. I would also like to highlight certain things: Pool - their pool chairs were dirty and didn't look appealing. The pool itself looked ok but I did not dare swim. Restaurant - staff always seemed "busy" doing their own things. We stood in front of one of them but they pretended not to notice until we said something. Service was also very slow considering we (couple) were the only ones there. There are outdoor seats too but they were dirty and disgusting. Breakfast - It was full house and the place was bustling with people. What was appalling was that the waiters seemed like they lacked training and were moving so slowly. No sense of urgency. Many tables were not cleared and even food and juices were not replenished. Guests had to remind them to refill! For a 4-star hotel, it was truly disappointing. Would not recommend this branch to anyone.
