This is the monologue from Louie the Chiropractor (played by Danny Aiello) as he is talking to Jacob Singer about Jacob's descent into hell. This is one of my favorite movies of all time. The screenwriter Bruce Joel Rubin was very inspired by Tibetan Buddhism and the Tibetan Book of the Dead, especially as it relates to the concept of the Bardo. I highly recommend this movie for anyone who has not yet seen it (watch the original from 1990, not the awful remake).
