Warcrftaddict's video: Michigan Unemployment Blocks Calls During Buisness hours

Trying To get underemployment benefits when caught in a contract only giving part time work. basically I am being furlowed down to 17 hours from 40. I am supposed to be able to get unemployment to help cover the lost hours. Hours will pick back up, but then I hit the wall. the wall that is wayne county unemployment. Michigan Unemployment has been blocking all calls to customer service during business hours. The problem is I went into the office and recieved proof of being on michigan works (which is why back funds are being held.) I sent the little stamped letter to them like 5 times after scanning it. The problem is if you are white in wayne county, getting social services is a lot harder. Update: I am working for a fortune 500 company now doing adwords :), so everything is good now.
