Last summer I had the pleasure the attend Kennys seminar at Aesthetic Temple gym. Teaching great BJJ & MMA knowledge. Kenny is a UFC Veteran, famously rising from his appearance on the very 1st season of The Ultimate Fighter reality TV show. Fought against legends such as Jose Aldo and has been a commentator for Kasai Pro & the UFC. I have a lot more respect for Kenny Florian after training at his seminar. It showed me his vast knowledge, that even though he never achieved UFC Gold, what growth & improvements he made to his BJJ & MMA game. Thank you Mr. Kenny Florian for the experience.
