This time we're all playing the same country, Venice! Merchant republics have an interesting mechanic where they have 5 patrician families that take turns being Doge. A new Doge is selected when the old doge dies from the heads of the families. We'll make boatloads of cash, and see what we can do with it. A lot of us are still new to the game, so please don't be too critical. CK2 is a free* game available on steam. and by free I mean $200 of DLC...
