Receta fácil y rápida para preparar la famosa sopa rusa 'Borscht'. ¡¡¡100% Vegetariana, y además deliciosa!!! Puede hacerse vegana, sólo hay que omitir la mantequilla y la crema agria. Los ingredientes que necesitarán son los siguientes: - 5 ó 6 betabeles rallados - 1/2 Cebolla - 1/2 Limón grande o 1 chico - Un poco de aceite o mantequilla - Sal y pimienta - 1 ó 2 hojas de laurel - Crema agria al gusto - Eneldo fresco o seco al gusto ¡Rinde para 6 porciones!
